Ms. Claire Flinchbaugh

Ms. Claire's first job was teaching gymnastics at the age of twelve. Since then she has earned a bachelors degree in Elementary Education and taught in various preschools in Lancaster county. She loves to be silly and energetic with toddlers and enjoys reading stories to all children. Currently Ms. Claire divides her time between the classroom and the behind the scenes work at K-Prep Learning Center.

Ms. Ann Kritzer

Ms. Ann Kritzer is one of the two owners/directors at K-Prep Learning Center. She is a graduate of Millersville University with a degree in Elementary/Early Childhood Education and a minor in Psychology. She began babysitting at a young age and since then children have always been a part of her life. Upon turning 18, she worked with various ages at a local daycare center. Then, upon completing her degree, she and Ms. Claire began working on the foundation of K-Prep Learning Center. Ms. Ann's favorite thing about children is conversing with them and listening to their stories about life. Early Childhood Education is important to her because she feels having an influence on young children will have a life-long affect on their lives.
