  • Operating Hours will adjust to 8am – 4pm.

    • The same teachers will be in the classroom with the students the entire period.

    • Students will not change classrooms or combine with other classrooms at any time.

    • Teacher-student ratios will stay the same per age group.

    • If feasible, siblings will be grouped into the same classroom.

  • Health Requirements    

    • A child cannot attend with a temperature of 100.4 or higher.

      • Please do not give your child fever-reducing medicine, such as Tylenol and send them to care.

    • A child cannot attend with a cough.

    • A child cannot attend if a member of the household has or is suspected to have COVID19.

    • Any individual concerns regarding exposure or suspected illness will be discussed case-by-case.

  • Food and Meals

    • Breakfast cannot come into the center.

    • Snack and lunch will be served at regular times, same menu.

    • Infant food may still come from home.

  • Daily Classroom experiences

    • Masks will not be required during the day. Masks will only be used if required by an individual family, and not on any child under the age of 2 or at naptime.

    • Social Distance procedures are limited within each classroom. The children will be allowed to play together, hug their teachers, share toys and sit next to one another.

    • Sanitary Procedures will be strengthened – hand washing, sanitizing surfaces, cleaning classrooms and toys. Some toys will be unavailable, sensory items, water tables, etc.

    • Sheets, blankets and cups are provided by K-Prep and will be washed regularly at the center.

    • Diapers, wipes and infant food still needs to be provided by individual families.

    • Children will have a longer outside time each morning – please apply sunscreen before your child comes to school.

  • Only Students and staff will be allowed inside the center

    • Family members will drop off and pick up children outside.

    • Drop off will only be between the hours of 8 – 10 am.

    • Pick up will be between the hours of 3 – 4 pm.

  • Family Drop off Process between 8am – 10am

    • One family at a time checks in with Administration, at front door.

    • Adults must wear a mask to bring their child to the check in point.

    • Administration will confirm health of child and family (fever free, no cough or signs of lethargy or illness).

    • Administration will escort children to their classroom for the day.

  • Pick Up Process 3pm – 4pm

    • Families park in one of the designated pick – up spaces

    • Families must display child’s name card in front window

    • Staff will bring child outside and safely hand off child to family.

    • Staff are NOT RESPONSIBLE for securing children into car seats
