Preschool Coordinator
The Preschool Coordinator is responsible for the care and education of a group of children as part of a teaching team and functions as a team leader or co-leader. The Preschool Coordinator plans and implements the curriculum and, with active participation of other members of the teaching team, works with parents and assesses the needs of individual children.
Lead Teacher
A Lead Teacher is responsible for the care and education of a group of children as part of a teaching team. Depending on the classroom, a lead teacher may work independently or with an assistant. The lead teacher plans and implements activities that benefit individual children's schedules and the class group. The Lead teacher works with families to ensure that physical, social and emotional needs are met for all children.
