Summer Inquiry Form

Please fill out the Summer Enrollment form to indicate your child's schedule between Memorial Day and Labor Day. If your schedule stays the same, your tuition will also stay the same. If you are choosing to change for summer, we will send another form for tuition adjustment. Our operating hours over the summer will remain Monday - Friday 7am - 6pm. If you are taking a leave of absence for more than 4 consecutive weeks, tuition is reduced.
